It it's not, it should be.

Boneless mystery meat goodness, smothered in all the bbq sauce you could ever want and topped with slices of raw onion.

Controversial? Sure. But when has Texas shied away from controversy.

Use the McRib locator to find your nearest bun o' happiness.

Much like summer heat and humidity in Houston, one must embrace the McRib.

Embrace it.

Just don't wear a white shirt when you eat it.

I had a McRib the Sunday after Thanksgiving last year driving out to San Fran, in just outside of Palm Springs. I had to pull over and blow up an Indian Casino restroom about two exits later.

No more McRib for me

I wonder why these only come around once a year.
I suppose there is a finite supply of boneless McPigs.
I kind of love these silly things, but it's not something I'm proud of.

are they any good? Last time I was in a McDomalds was in about 1975, on University Avenue in Lubbock. Steve Martin invited the entire audience to walk down the street with him after the show and order fries.

Food sucked. I guess it has gottten better.
