Texas offers 2010 WR DeAndrew White

Congrats to Gerry on his new position with ESPN.com. Since we're an ESPN affiliate, obviously we'll be working very close with him in the future.

DeAndrew looks like a great WR prospect. Perhaps the coaching staff figured both Darius and DeAndrew are currently less than 50% likely to make a commitment to Texas, and thus would be happy to take whoever commits first. Getting either D. White woud be dynamite.

All kidding aside, I think this indicates that 1) his grades are fine, 2) we don't feel that good about Darius, and 3) we aren't optimistic that Collins will make it back

If we offer the Channelview kid as well, you can officially chalk Darius White as gone

Squall is correct --DeAndrew is headed to Bama. Should he
visit UT we might have a chance. We'll know soon enough. Feel our train may have left the station before our offer
arrived. In my view,our chances with White are no better
than a moth ball in a public urinal. Hope I'm wrong!!
