Texas Offense

Or should I say off-ense?
This is too much like last year already...
We play a great game one night, then can't hit the side of a barn the next night.....

AND, here we go again with traps that DON'T work....they throw the ball out of the trap, and get an easy layup....I have seen it over and over and am SICK of it....

OK, there were some good moments, but the offense was just sucky....and NOW...we play Rutgers!!!!

Come on, Texas, you have got to just dig down and FIND a way!!

If you don't, this year will be a repeat of last year!!

Yep, the erratic offense is very troublesome. Some nights the offense is hitting on all cylinders, but more often than not, it is pretty stagnant with poor shooting percentages. I dunno - makes no sense to me. I'd like to see just a little more consistency - and I'm sure the coaches would too, far more than me! Just when I think the team is maturing and jelling - WHAM - they have one of these games. WHEW! I need a drink.

Oh well, it's early and there is hope! GO HORNS!
