Mihm was not a McDonald's AA. In fact, he wasn't even the most highly thought of recruit in his UT class. Luke Axtell had that distinction. Tristan Thompson, as a Canadian, is certainly eligible for McD's AA. There have been plenty of AA's who held foreign passports...Samardo Samuels, for one, and the awesome Neil Fingleton.
