Forget the unorthodox height being a detractor. That increased vantage point of the field looks very positive, IMO. Seeing his good mobility eliminates my concerns of restricted movement due to size. I'm on board with a smile, no doubt.
He often throws off his back foot, but he has the arm to get away with it at his current level of competition. When Watson gets him stepping into his throws the results are going to be impressive.
That was a whole bunch of back foot! Wow. It's impressive that he can even get the ball to the right spot. I think his upside is huge if he can get the footwork down.
He looks and sounds five years older than he is. He isn't just some beanpole, either. He's going to be huge by the time he takes the field. Great looking pickup and another momentum builder for the new staff.
Actually, I live in New Mexico and the LHN has little presence here at all because its not carried by the local cable affiliates in the major Metro Areas in the State, which is Cable One and Comcast. I'd love it if it were but it's not. Hopefully, that will change.
