TEXAS Commitment Announcements

I believe Malik said "something unreal" at 8pm. Only something like Kelly would fit that description. I saw somebody guess somewhere if it would be Ricky becoming the RB coach, but even that cannot be THAT unreal.
 
Burton says that Smith has not been asked to greyshirt by Alabama (I think Nahlin said they did). But he says we never stopped recruiting Smith. Burton thinks Smith is still going to Bama. Take it all for whatever it's worth.

Aggy isn't even in the game, though.

It will be either Bama or Texas.

Everbody saying Bama till this new maybe shift, still Bama has to be the favorite.
 
Im sure its smith, im not getting my hopes up for any thing larger then that but we do need TE's n e thing else at this point is icing on the cake
 
Technically Smith won't be a flip, as he decommitted from aggy sometime ago. Then it was specifically to commit to us, and he was supposed to be a lock. Then in the last week, Bama came in and took him away, that too with Saban pretty much asking him to cancel the in-home with Charlie, which he did. So everybody knew he was Bama bound, but Charlie will not take NO for an answer and stayed on him. I don't see him suddenly coming to us, but if he got the sense that he might not be a priority at Bama (like he was apparently promised, because he was like their 3rd TE commit), perhaps he is having second thoughts.
 
Apparently there is no greyshirt for Smith at Bama. This one is over, maybe Caleb Kelly tonight.

 
Well it's about presser time. This should be good, maybe Strong can drop a hint on whether we are done or not.

I'm still going to have my eye on the Kelly announcement tonight.
