As far as the run rule, I was told that it is in effect for all tournament games, but Keith Moreland said "Missouri still has 5 at-bats left." Don't know if he means they have 5 at-bats if they can keep it within 10 or if the rule is just not in effect at all.

No mercy rule because according to the announcer it is a tournament game. Two things: 1, it was the FSN announcer so he could very well be wrong. 2. If it is the case, it seems like a tournament would be the optimal time for a mercy rule. Save a teams pitching before the regional, end of a long *** week of baseball...but nobody asked me!
