I didn’t think he realized that OU would go kamikaze after middle of 3rd quarter. Blitzing every down, etc. He didn’t adjust his offense in crucial 4th quarter. Note he adjusted for last 2 drives.

Also why did we run the play that was 2nd and long at end of 3rd quarter when we could just let the clock run out. We could have removed 30 seconds from 4th quarter. This was when I figured that Sark didn’t have a clue what was coming.
 
An 18-point halftime lead should've been enough. During halftime, my thought was, "If we score a TD or get a stop each quarter, either one, that oughta do it."
An 18-point lead with 18 minutes to go should be more than enough.

Having watched a whole bunch of these games, I was able to say with complete confidence that when OU cut it to 10 and we didn't answer, we were going to lose. It's like watching the same bad movie you've seen so many times and you can't look away because you keep hoping it will end differently.
 
OU had 0 non-ref-aided first downs after 15 minutes and the score should have been 28-0. And we got soundly whipped the rest of the game.

This coaching staff has failed greatly in 2 big ways. They haven't taught the OL how to pass protect blitzes and stunts. This almost all they should do in practice. Throw everything at them everyday until they figure it out or find those who can. They haven't taught the DBs how to play the ball at all. I they were simply mediocre at finding the ball or playing the WRs eyes OU doesn't score 2 of those TDs. There might have been a 3rd time too. That is on PK and the DB coach. Plus the tackling got worse and worse as the game went on. That 60 yd TD run on 4th and 1 happened because BJ Foster doesn't know how to fill a hole and wrap up. He whiffs when there is no one behind him.
 
Watching this debacle, even when when we were way up, I always felt we were losing. Too bad the dumb *** coaches and players obviously didn't feel that way and went ahead and LOST. LOST!!!!! Losers.

Good lord man, sure will be glad when you're done. Your bitching sounds just like the dudes on texags after a loss. If the on-field fortunes of 18-20 year olds bothers you this much, you ought to find something else to do...

I think that was Jerrin Thompson that whiffed, not BJ.

Foster was to the side, forcing the QB to the hole where Jerrin was there to (not) make the tackle.

Well, we have a great offensive mind as the head coach. He’s already bringing speed to the team and that showed today. We’ve been winning for four years and that will continue. Give Sark about 4-5 and you’ll see deeper better recruiting on both sides of the ball and at all positions. Had the Sooners on the ropes today and let them off the hook. We were all pissed after Arkansas, this is no different….

Yep, no longer than I've got left on this Earth, the only thing I can do is to be optimistic. Maybe during Texas' next big year, I'll have the best seat in the house.

I like you. I just think Texas sucks and has for a long time and probably will for a long time. What indicates they won't? They were up 14-0 frwaking less than 2 minutes in to this game. They suck. But, I like you and your comments, don't misunderstand me.

Remember when Sark addressed the TTU scoring blast in the second half saying the defense got a little too relaxed with a big lead and that he would fix it? Yeah, he didn't fix it.
