What to look for - should cost be a factor; which type of product? Is it a one time treatment or am I signing up for monthly service?

How much should I expect to spend?

treat and repair termite bond with sentricon bait stations. $300 a year and they check 'em quarterly for little ********.

we just got our house bombed with termidor, by terminix. It wasn't cheap but we had to do it due to the ******** invasion of the eastern side of the house from below. I water the foundation sort of religiously, every two weeks or so. it is a brick house. they can still get in to munch on your git board and other stuff.

we're going with the yearly plan after that.

Fipronil, the active ingrediant in Over and Out fire ant granules is a great way to prevent termites.
