Tell me where to eat - 51st and Guadalupe

I am 51st and Gaudalupe, doing a gig. Am completely free for lunch.

suggestions? Will be by myself, so nothing too fancy.

Had Mi Madre's breakfast tacos for lunch.

Will eat any kind of food. Love asian noodles and the spicier the better

Thinking about Texadelphia, but figured somone might have a better recommendation

also, other than the eye candy, would prefer to go north to stay out of campus rush.

yeah, kim phung is a good vietnamese spot at lamar & 183, not a far drive. dan's hamburgers is close to where you are too.

what I should've done is started the thread with more time before I had to go.

Texadelphia wasn't bad. Large Texican with fries. less than $12.

I don't think it's the best sammich in the world, but it's pretty good and a decent "back in Austin" place.

Had a migas taco at Mi Madres (along with a chorizo and a machacado). Those were a good way to start the morning.
