Tell me about Texas baseball '09-'10

Tell me about Texas baseball '09-'10? Did they play Baylor this fall? What's happening with the lineup? Any big surprises? Any huge defection/s?

Back to the CWS? What will the everyday lineup look like? The starting pitching? The bullpen, the closer?

The Baylor scrimmage got rained out. So far as I know everybody got back from Summer Ball and we are sorting things out. Rumor has it Kevin Keyes to 1st base which is nice so we can stop pulling him in the 8th inning of every game.

Beyond that I haven't actually seen them practice or anything. Do I think a return trip to Omaha is in order? It depends on if the bullpen can come together without Austin Wood IMO. Dicharry absolutely lost it late last year so unless he can show more durability over a long season we will probably need a few other guys to step up.

A friend heard Augie's talk on the team at The Headliners' Club in Austin. Said Augie sounds very upbeat and positive about the team. Kevin will be at first base, but apparently has some weight problems they need to work on.

Said our pitching should be lights out.
