telephone wiring help

Ok i just switched to vonage and apparently all my telephone lines were not connected together...so i am only getting service from two of my 5 phones...it lookes like a blue and white wire is coming from the phone that is working but my other lines are red and black...i have no idea on how to tie these together...right now they are going into some type of wire connector adapter deal...any advice appreciated
