Tech loses at Kansas

Carolyn Davis took advantage of Tech starting post Mallard being out due to an undisclosed injury to abuse them inside for 34 pts.

Kansas is a very talented team. They have the ability to beat any team in this league 2-10 on any given night. Credit to coach Hendrickson.

I still can't believe how many schools didn't recruit Carolyn Davis out of high school.

Tech started 14-0, got ranked in the Top 10 and then started playing teams with a pulse. they're now 14-5. with any luck, they'll go 14-14

i'm sorry, but Tech didn't play anyone of consequence in their non conference. their best win was a squeaker over Penn State, who is also, not very good.

Their next game will be a season defining game for both them and their opponent. loser is likely looking at an NIT bid.

Well, they were one of only three teams to hold your Bears to single digits this season, IIRC. And UCONN and Tennessee were the other two. And I think Brittney stayed on the floor for all 40 mins in that contest as well. Losing 5 in a row, and esp Mallard, is a tough break for Tech; I'm just hoping they don't turn things around just yet, at least not until next week anyway!
