For the last several years, it's been the Hilton Skirvin hotel in downtown. I forget the time (may be 90 minutes before the game), but typically the fans, cheerleaders, and band gives the team a sendoff prior to the game. You'll see lots of Longhorns gathered in the hotel lobby.

Baylor and TCU are typically in the Renaissance Hotel. It's actually fun to be at the Baylor send off. The TCU send off is small.

I think Texas Tech is at the Courtyard by Marriott, and Oklahoma is at Sheraton.

That's all I know. Not sure where KaSt, IwSt, OkSt, WV, & Ka are located.

I'll be there.
