I've been told the best place is Fine Line Tatoo on S. First, somewhere north of Oltorf. See a guy named Tober.

I got mine at River City on 6th as well. Seems like they do a lot of longhorns!

FineLine does have a great rep for more "artistic" tattoos.

I got my tattoo last friday at Attomic on the drag. It was clean, bright, and the artist (Josh) was awesome, and didn't charge a whole lot - but be careful, the artist next to him (guy with dreads) was an ******* to his client, and if i had walked in and talked to him first, i would have gone elsewhere..
