I missed the explanation at the beginning of the game (but I think there may be some technical problem). Anyway, so far the NFL network is only showing the game from the perspective of the camera that slides around on a wire above the players. They have shown each offensive play from behind the quarterback, looking in the same direction he is looking. It's weird.
 
It's a weather problem. Lightning in the area. Only two cameras working at the moment: the camera on the wire and one very high up.
 
10-9 lead for Buccaneers at half after last second 54 yard field goal by Panthers rookie kicker. Rookie hits another one from 51 yards in the third. He's now 4-4 for the day.

Close game. Came down to Buccaneers stopping McCaffrey with great tackle on goal line stand with just seconds to go in game.
