No, it means we should give pharmaceutical companies, import companies, the FDA, and corporate parent companies who knowingly develop dangerous drugs and market them aggressively before the bubble pops complete and total legal...both civil and criminal....immunity.

zzzz is simply showing us why such a blanket policy is sound, moral, and necessary.
