For over 10 years since Katy and Rob hung it up at home games, I have been in search of a good tailgate to call home. The timing with the end of the Hornfans tailgate was ok because we had young kids and busy schedules and were lucky to make it to games at all. But the last couple of years as the kids are older and we aren't packed with Little League and Dance events every weekend the Mrs and I are making it to most of the games. Found a couple of good groups 2 years ago at MLK and Trinity that welcomed us but then it seemed like that lot got cleared out last year and I didn't have contacts to know where the groups went. So last year I connected with Mike's tailgate at MLK and San Jac and now just heard that they are ending their long run of tailgating. One of my best friends has a nephew that plays for Tulsa and wouldn't mind showing that group a friendly tailgate before the game.
Any one have good suggestions? I don't mind helping with expenses or even the large tailgates with wristbands for sale.
