Supplement Suggestions

It's been a few years since I've taken supplements of any kind but now that I'm on a regular workout routine and eating better again I'd like to get some suggestions on what to take.
I had my preferences years ago but I know that there are all kinds of new products out on the market.

What I'm looking for is real simple. A very good / strong metabolism booster and also a protein mix. I know the differences between the types of proteins.. so no need to explain them. I'm just curious if there are any newer ones that I should look for or if I should go back to the ones I was using years ago.

Any suggestions appreciated.
 
for protein just get some Ispure or ON (optimum nutrition) whey mix....
as for metabolic enhancers.. don't even worry about it... either tweak your diet to 5-6 meals and/or go to Walgreens and get some Broncaid/NoDoze/Asprin...
 
Isopure is what I was using before with pretty good results. So I was leaning towards them anyways. I already have tweaked my diet to 6 meals a day. Just wanted that little extra edge
 
Take a caffeine(200 mg) and green tea(usually 50mg) mix. It is cheap and very effective. Or, just take the caffeine. The iso-pure is good or use the ON whey, it is cheap. Take a multi-vitamin.
