Super dates?

Perhaps I've just missed it, but I can't seem to find any information on the dates for the Super: Friday - Sunday or Saturday - Monday.. I'm asking only because a friend has asked me.

You can't find it because it has not been announced. Either late tonight or early on Tuesday...after all the regionals are finished...we will find out.. The dates and times are up to ESPN. I am hoping that Texas/ASU will be a good bet for prime time coverage, but who knows?

Hook 'em

I think ASU vs. Texas is going to be on of the hottest regionals for College Baseball fans. Gorilla Ball vs. Small Ball and pitching

they are usually announced around 10pm central tonight on ncaa.com and crawler on espn channels.

however Cal-baylor had rain delay and didn't start until 815 and aggy-arizona hasn't even started yet due to heavy rain.

For whatever it's worth...the Super-Regional tickets have the dates on each game's ticket. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Times TBA.

The lady at the ticket office told us that they printed Friday Saturday Sunday on the tickets because they have to put dates in the system but that it was not decided yet and could change.

There are two #1 seed v. #1 seed regionals so far: ASU @ Texas and Vandy @ Oregon State with only one more possibility of a 1. v. 1. matchup if #1 Aggy makes it to play #1 Fla. State.
The Austin and Corvallis regionals are the most attractive I believe. So I'm thinking this should translate to 6:30 (local) starts for Austin (CT) & Corvallis (PT=2 hours later). Do ESPN, ESPN2, and ESPNU all carry games simultaneously for the first 2-3 days? ESPN will probably start the two prime regionals on different days to provide the possibility of a Monday elimination game with either Texas v. ASU or OSU v. Vandy.
I don't recollect what ESPN has done in the past. I'm just using logic which has gotten me in trouble more than once.
Comments? (I realize I'm leaving myself wide open here for a hilarious retort.)

daytonhorn, you sold me on your logic.

It may be wrong, but sounds damn good from here. So any hilarious retort I'll absorb the joke with ya.

Only bad thing is Friday night I have to teach a class and will miss first hour and half of game.

I am SOOO glad the games are at 6:00. I sat on row 5 in the Sun both Saturday and Sunday. Most folks do not know that you are allowed to bring water into the ballpark. We take a softside cooler in with frozen water bottles. I also put in a baggie with a wet wash cloth with ice to wipe off my neck. I was actually pretty comfortable Monday.

Give 'em a walk

Wish I could but final exam is next week and this is their review. Sadly they might not understand why we arent holding the review session so I could watch American college baseball. It will be a quick session I can say that.
