Super Bowl , what did you cook?

Just like I said, T-Bone, twice baked taters, (in the bowl upper right), sauteed 'shrooms and fried okra. That's a Fosters begging for attention in the pint.

Oh yeah, and a slice of buttermilk blue to finish the steak.

Brisket, ribs, bologna, and chickens done on the smoker, served about 25 for the game. Fogot to take pics, sadly. Everything turned out great.

I went to a party and took Mini Taco Bowls, mexican rice, and chicken tenders/nuggets. I made the nuggets by cutting up chicken stirfry meat and coating it with shake and bake. Chicken nuggets that aren't fried!

Brisket (HEB hickory-smoked... sorry, I'm lazy)
Stubbs Original BBQ Sauce
Ranch Style Beans (like I said, I'm lazy)
Cole Slaw
Red Potato Salad
Corn Bread (in my cast iron skillet I decided to resurrect thanks to the cast iron thread)
Lone Star beer (wish it was still brewed in S.A., for old-time's sake)

grilled/smoked a Trader Joe's marinaded tri-tip. Served it up fajita style with tortillas and all the fixin's. It was very juicy from a great layer of fat on the top. Also had homemade guac and salsa. Washed it all down with Stone Pale Ale, Rogue IPA and some Pacificos.

Baby back ribs, smoked sausage, beans, tater salad. Oh, and don't forget Shiner Bock, Shiner Light, Shiner Blonde, Tecate, Tecate Light, Bud Light, Coors Light, Keystone Light, Natty Light, and Sam Adams.

Chicago "combo" Sandwiches (Italian Beef, Sausage, Peppers & Onions and Cheese). Very easy to make and extremely tasty.

Boat Sack of Rockport oysters, cracked open raw and thrown on the pit with Regianno/Lime/Valentin's butter sauce, 4 sacks of Crawfish, Venison Sausage, whole roasted wild piglet (20 lbs max), queso, salsa, etc. Finished off with a fine single malt affair. Damn.
