I have DirecTV and channel 615 is blank on my TV as well.

time warner dallas has it on channel 181. you do need to add the sports package for 6.95 per month. they said you can cancel it at any time.(no fee associated with adding or dropping it)

I just added it. It took about 2 minutes. GAME ON!

Oh, ok, good to know. Typically the screen tells you if it is not part of your regular package.

I have directv and channel 615 was a blank screen on my TV as well. I called Directv and the person I talked with checked his own TV there in the office and he saw the same thing we're seeing and he was baffled by it. His guess was that I needed to be subscribed to the Regional Sports Network package in order to get that channel, although that doesn't explain why he couldn't even pick it up. Oh well...
