Summer Trip

If you were planning on a 4-5 day trip in the summer, what would you pick between Cancun, Cozumel, or Jamaica and why?

Cancun is pretty but touristy as hell, as is Cozumel as I have heard.

My parents went to Jamaica last year and said it was dirty as hell and not pleasant.

Have you thought about going somewhere else on the Yucatan, like Merida or Progresso?

since i am not really the one planning this trip and not paying for most of it, i don't have too much of a say.

i don't really mind touristy. i am not going down there to discover the country. just a fairly cheap place to get away and drink alot and to get out of the country

When in the summer...? Cancun, Cozumel and Jamaica in the summer "can" be prime time locations for hurricanes. June... not so bad. August or later... you're gambling a bit.

it would be sometime between late may and early july.


but i would **** up any hurricane that came my way
