I am assuming that they will be helping out if their schedule allows. Also it will be a chance to watch out for any newcomers that stick out as possible recruits. I won't be able to take from work this year due to needing to save my leave for more pressing family matters around that time. But I will be there in the evenings for the advanced camp if I don't have to go back home that week.
