i have a 2/1 1000 sq. ft. apartment that i want to sublease for the summer. it's in the arboretum area (high oaks apartments) on jollyville. the rent is really cheap for the area and size of the apartment. if you really like the apartment, the complex can work out something to extend the lease without raising the price too much from what it is now.
