Stupid Explorer Question

Whenever I pull up a web site, it's a very tiny window that has to be maximized to full size. Any way to change this to where you can just being up the site and it automatically is full screen?

And speaking of screens, the Windows apps I bring up (whether it be explorer, word or whatever) don't quite fill out the entire monitor screen. How do i fix this?

Thanks.

for your first problem, try fixing the window how you want it, then going to File, and Close. by default, it should remember your preference, but I have had a few unexplainable instances where when I open a browser new window it is always minimized.

as far as your window not filling up the screen... is there literally black around the edges as if literally no picture is being transmitted to those areas by your monitor? if that's the case, you'll need to screw around with the controls physically on the monitor itself to manipulate the picture stretching and position.

Right click on the Shortcut ->
Go to Properties ->
Click on "Shortcut" tab ->
under "Run", choose "Maximixed Window".

If this doesnt work,

open ONE ie window. now manually drag the edges to the max. now do File->Close (DO NOT press the "X").
