STUDENT APARTMENTS?!

Century Plaza on Red River. They have mosly ones, a lot of twos, and one big *** 3 bedroom (1400+ sqft). Furnished, bills paid, and sportin some retro flavor. Right accross from Mars.
 
Westplace on Salado. Not the nicest place in the world but better than most on Salado and pretty cheap for West Campus. Also right behind Pronto Mart/Grande Food Mart (or whatever they are calling that place now) which has a pretty kickass beer selection for a c-store. Close to Chi O and A D Pi houses for your viewing pleasure. I lived there my junior year and I had a blast. My place was pretty spartan and I trashed the hell out of it but I got all of my deposit back.

I would look up and down Salado. It's kind of the ghetto of West Campus but it's affordable and still close to school.
 
Chimney Sweep Apartments at 105 W 38 1/2 Street, just west of Speedway (actually, it's the first apartment building on the left on 38 1/2 after you turn off of Speedway) ...PLUS, there is a shuttle stop VERY close by. It's set up like the apartments on Melrose Place where the apartments surround a pool. VERY nice, plus, during the last month, the whole place has gone thru an exterior redesign...the doors are now Aggie maroon, but it looks GREAT!
