Seattle taking it to the Mercury. Seems like Taurasi is trying too hard. I was looking for a very close and high scoring game. Seattle has the high scoring down pat but unless the Mercury get it together in the second half, they will be lucky to get to 60.
Possible, but I'm going for Seattle closing it out when they get back home. LJ and Bird are healthy and the team is playing well. It should be a close series, like last night's game ended up being.
Seattle should win this series in 2. Taurasi was great last season with the help of Cappie Pondexter. DT is a great player, but she can't do it all by herself. She needs help, and none of her team-mates seem to be able to step it up in crucial times.
Jackson, Bird, Cash, Little, Abrosimova,....Seattle wins in 2.
Great game! Storm pull it out 91-88 on a 3pter by Sue Bird with 3 seconds to go after being down by 15. Cash really stepped up for the Storm. Diana could not hit a last second 3 to tie.
The defending champs are out and Seattle moves on.
More LJ to watch!
Atlanta and New York later this evening. Time to tune in to see Brit!
