you can also go down to the San Marcos outlets. there is a Kenneth Cole store there that has good deals.

HenryJames told me that you can just go to the Forum or Oil Can Harry's and buy them off people as well.

D&G Shoe Warehouse has some occassionally. I couldn't find the size I wanted and bought mine from Kenneth Cole in the Galleria in Dallas... If you're lucky, you might save a lot of $ if you can find them at D&G, though.
