Still looking for lawyer...

I am looking for a plaintiff lawyer who can do some litigation for me. I've got a case synopsis typed out to get it to them. I don't know what this would be classified as, but I'd go along the lines of personal injury, with maybe a hint of employment law loosely relating to it. Please help or recommend somebody I can use as soon as any of you can. Thanks alot, and Hook'em!

how much do you think it is worth?

Is it your claim or someone else's?

What state did the claim arise?

I'm not a plaintiff's attorney (heck, I'm still studying for the bar), but I do know some attorneys in the Houston area...

Hey, thanks for responding. Actually, I was told by another attorney that it is a malicious prosecution and/or civil rights claim. It was verified bysomeone at the Travis County Lawyer Referral Service that it seems that way too. I think the suit will top several hundred thousand, based on present and future damages based on what was transpired, and it was here in Texas. I am the one that will be suing, and am barely getting deeply into seeing what this is classified as, and which lawyers can help me. If you have a civil rights attorneys, etc, that you can refer me to, I'd really appreciate it. This suit stems from false charges made against me, by someone that knows they are false. Thanks for any help you might be able to give me.

If you didn't call the firm I suggested, you should. One of only a few in Texas with less than 20 lawyers (a good thing) that is rated by its peers as A+

They go after people, big time... you should at least give them a shot. If you didn't get the email, let me know.

Good Luck!

If it doesn't work out send me an email. I'm a lawyer who does Plaintiffs work. I'll help if I can.

Send a private message my way.
