Sticky Pasta

Make sure you have enough water. Stir when you add the pasta and then every couple of minutes after that.

Salt is a must for flavor. If you add oil to the water, your sauce will not stick to the pasta.
 
1. Plenty of water.
2. Salt.
3. Al dente, (do not overcook)
4. Rinse in cold water when you drain it.
5. That is all.

Don't overcook and toss with a little olive oil or butter (or throw it right in withe the sauce) as soon as you drain.

Oil in the water doesn't lubricate, but it does keep the pot from boiling over.
 
Rinsing BAD!! no rinsing. I usually don't use sauce on my pasta just toss it with some butter or olive oil and garlic and maybe broccoli.
