The most interesting thing Ive found about this is someone (im guessing they are with the Mavs front office) has fed the media those stats and betting line statistics about the Mavs playoff games Danny Crawford has reffed.

That has to make David Stern pretty pissed.

I'd be more worried if it was Joey Crawford. Danny's a much better official and just calls 'em like he sees 'em. Joey's a head case and just doesn't like some folks in the league.

Whoever said the Mavericks probably leaked these stats is probably absolutely correct. Cuban has every derivative of every statistical occurrence when it comes to the NBA.

Watching Peja reminds me of my own old age game except I can't shoot with that kind of range.

Old man Kidd sure is stepping up his game for the playoffs.

Still impressed by how good LaMarcus is in the pros. Leading scorer for the game so far.

Dallas is a lot deeper than Portland. That should really help if this series goes 6 or 7 games.

I did not watch the game, but it looked like the Crawford curse was much ado about nothing. Or maybe that was Cubes plan all along...

just not sure what it means to leak well known stats. Leak generally applies to new information not publicly known. That's like saying Blazers leaked the fact the Mavs took a 19-2 edge in free throws in the 4th quarter of game 1.

I don't like Cuban on many levels, but I'd give him a pass on this one. Makes no difference. The Lakers are a terrible matchup for the Mavs even if they get past the Blazers. They have a tough time playing Terry and Kidd at the same time as there's no one to cover Kobe.
