Statesman Softball Coverage

I contacted the Editor of the AAS about not mentioning Texas' championship this weekend at the TimeWarner tournament.
I would encourage softball fans to do the same.

While there was brief coverage of the first 2 days, there was none about the final day. As I indicated to the Editor it would have been great to at least provide scores and briefs for all the games. LSU, DePaul, and NCarolina had great fans and I am sure they would have appreciated some coverage.

We are not talking about a full column necessarily, just a brief under BevoBeat I realize softball is not as popular as the other sports, but it deserves more media attention.

(Note: I do not live in Austin and I am referring to the online edition of not having coverage)
 
They have still not written a full column about the baseball team either, and the season starts in 4 days.

Just blurbs in the Bevo Beat section.
 
C'mon guys, it's the Statesman! They are the same ones who employ Bohl's. Keep your expectations really low for that paper and they may surprise you by meeting them time after time.

Or do what I do and just don't read it.
 
Hey 100p instead of the Austin Statesman it should be called the Austin Disappointment.
