Nikki Caldwell has done very well at UCLA. Really turned the program around.

Impressive! Note her tenure at UCLA was 3 years. No head coaching experience either, just a former standout who played for Summit. Goes to show that it isn't all about money and past accomplishments and that with the right fit anything is possible.

The Pac 10/12 isn't the Big XII but still, UCLA wasn't exactly a power before her time at the helm.
