Stains on Concrete Porch

Not sure what caused it, but we have some cedar color stains on our back porch (concrete porch). Is there any substance you can use on concrete to get this stuff off?

Thanks.

Do you have live oaks near that area? If so, and they've been there for awhile, you'll have to pressure wash about 1/2" of concrete off the top to get rid of that ****...

Pool acid (Muratic acid/HCL). But if it is a superficial stain and if it is limited in size, you can use a wire brush.

I would look into the stain first though. If it is sap, then I guess it would be water soluble. However, if it is deck stain, it will be water insoluble. A cleaning solution with the pressure washer may do the trick. Some solutions work better with hydrophobic stains while others work better with hydrophilic stains.

Does this stuff really take a few months to work? What do you do in the meantime. Leave it wet? Covered?

Or do you just wait that long before putting a pressure washer on it?
