stadium updates?

Does anyone have any updates on the progress of the stadium exterior? I have been on the road and have not had a chance to make it by. I am hoping there has been a fair amount of progress in the last two weeks...

I am curious also. I think they are too busy or are waiting until it is finished to take more photos.

40 days or so and we can see in person!!!

No pictures, but I did get a good look on the bus on my way to work this morning.

The exterior brick work is getting close They've put in most of the limestone, also.

the one tower by itself on the NW corner IS different than the others, but only at the very top. They've covered the extra bit that sticks out with more limestone.

There's and archway inside over the band ramp. It looked like one of the old ones from the NEZ, but no gate with a seal as far as I could tell. At least, not yet.

It would be great if someone would post some updated photos for us folks in San Diego. From the InterWeb cam it looks like they have all the chair seats installed.

I drove by for the first time in a couple weeks yesterday. The brick work is about 97% complete. Most of the glass appears to be in place.

My guess is they are 2 weeks away from finishing the structure... and will probably then shift to clean-up and landscaping.

Man I'm excited, I spent most the summer back in forth between Houston and Austin. I was up there about 3 weeks ago and form the sound of the above posters it sounds like they really kicked it into high gear. The brick work went along much faster than I had expected. 38 days, im pumped

Well... they still have a lot to do in the next 38 days... but it really looks like they are going to make it.

I have to swing by the campus area later today. I will take a couple pics with my camera phone if I get the chance...

I'd take some pics but I'm still recovering for that 50 gb of bandwidth used in 3 days from the last update.. I'm gonna have to start asking for donations or something

In all honesty, just been busy.. I'm sure the others who take pics have been too. Might be able to get out sometime next week.
