I can't tell you the pleasure I had watching Stack act like the jerk he is and cost the Mavs a shot at winning the game. If he doesn't act so douchebagariffic at the end of the game, things would probably be different. Instead, 2 made free throws and the ball for NO. Thanks, dick.

-The Mavs embarassed themselves in the first half. How many uncontested jumpers did NO have? NO would kick it to the open guy and Dallas players wouldn't even make an attempt to do anything. Pathetic.

-Dallas should keep Dirk, he has heart and talent. Keep Bass, he was solid this series off the bench and is a gamer. See if Kidd can be traded back or something.

-Avery? I dunno. Dallas made some decent adjustments sometimes, but they were very late in coming.

But I still contend that the Mavs were building some momentum and Stackhouse pissed all over it with his selfish and dumb behaviour.

But you're right, if it lead to more Bass, then it might've ultimately been a good thing.

I like how Old Man Juwan was the voice of peace and reason in the resulting discussion.
