Squirrels: Pellets or BB's?

Upgrayyed that is the ******* funniest thing I have read all week.

Seriously though, this is what I use. My dad gave it to me when I was 13 and have used it for 28 years now. It's not a .177 cal either, it's shoots a big ol' .22 cal. pellet. AT 20 yards I only need 3 or 4 pumps and it goes clean thriough a cottontail's or a squirrel's head. Only thing about it is that it does have a loud report. Almost a "thwack" sound, but kills those little ******* dead.

You are making this way too difficult. Just plant one of these in the yard and presto! Squirrel-B-Gone!!

Claymore? Just remember to point exploding end toward enemy. It will remind you and besides, it is a mistake you will only have to make once.

"I see the light" "Claymore, Claymore, Claymore..." BOOM (************)

seriously though, does anyone know if you can get charged with animal cruelty if a neighbor sees me shooting one in the front yard with a bb gun?

Ok, this Pumpmaster is crap. The pellets just bounce off anything they hit. Doesn't hold a candle to the Crosman I had as a kid. Back to the store for the more $$ version I guess.

dont waste your time with a pump-up ******** pellet gun. those are for 12 year olds shooting tin cans.

I have a Gamo .177 caliber pellet gun and it kills squirels dead. i got it for this exact problem.
The Link

it will run you a couple hundred but you only have to break it open at the breach, load a pellet, and close the action. its ready to fire at that point and has plenty of power.

BTW, this is a battle you cannot win.
