A lady in my office is having problems with her netscape browser and netscape mail. Whenever she starts up either the browser or the e-mail, it continuously runs and says it is attempting to connect to the above sites.
I've tried S&D, CWShredder, Adaware, Bazooka, HijackThis, and Spysweeper. It found the atwola problem, but none of it can find this other spyware and netscape runs continuously.
Without going into the merits or lackthereof of netscape/microsoft/mozilla/firefox etc., does anyone have any ideas what the problem might be. I know there was a post on here several months back that had a link to a website where you can run a program and submit the results and they will tell you how to fix the problem, but I couldn't find that thread.
