Spurs on a roll

[Third Coast]

Won their 10th in a row tonight to tie the Thunder for the best record in the west and are playing their best ball heading toward the playoffs. The Spurs are actually a game up in the loss column.

The addition of Stephen Jackson is working out very well and this Patrick Mills kid has really been a pleasant surprise, not to mention the human highlight reel in rookie Kawhi Leonard. They may be the deepest team in the league with pretty much their entire roster in the rotation.

I am impressed.

Actually, the Spurs are leading the West by percentage points .736 to .727.

Now 11 in a row after beating Utah last night. Jazz announcers kept saying that this team is the deepest in the NBA. Even held out Blair and Jackson last night so they'd be fresh for the re-match tonight. And maybe sit Duncan and Parker.
