Spurs game questions

Going to be in SA In two weeks and plan to catch the Spurs/Trailblazers game. I haven't seen them play in SA since they were in the Dome. Obviously closer is better but are there any sections I should avoid? You know a column blocks part of your view, no leg room, to close to a speaker, etc. Wanting to spend about $100 each and that seems to be the plaza level. But I've seen some tix on Stubhub for that price in the lower sections BEHIND the baskets. Pretty good views there?

I used to have season tickets on the corner (sec 117) 20 rows up. I don't think there are any columns in the way anywhere, but leg room is hit or miss. We moved our seats back a row because the leg room was so bad on the previous seats. But I don't think there is any way to tell that until you get into your seats. I don't particularly like sitting directly behind the baskets, although I have before and they aren't terrible. I think most of the seats are good. The arena isn't very big and the site lines are fine.

That Portland game is on a Wednesday. For $100 a ticket you should be able to get a good deal. Call all of the brokers especially when it gets close to game time. They have been taking a bath all year on the Spurs.

In additionto Best TIckets who else would you recommend? So If I wait until game day you really think I can talk them down on price?

The Spurs ticket exchange is another great place to find tickets. The Link
The only broker I've ever used is Best Tickets. The closer you wait until tip off, the better the prices will be. Jerome has an office practically across the street from the AT&T Center. Just pop in an hour before the game. They'll have something that works for you.
