Spring Game

The Jamboree is schedule to begin at noon. Is this not significantly earlier than past years? Don't they usually have some fan-related activities that precede the actual scrimmage? Can anyone recall about how long these (pre-scrimmage activities) take?

I think it has to do with the baseball game in town that weekend. Also, if the Horns are still in the tourney, would it be that early to not conflict with this. Same for the girls.

I like how every year they prelude the spring game with some explanation of how the defense should outscore the offense this early in the season, but if I remember correctly, didn't the offense outscore the defense last year? Pretty accurate predictor of how the defense fared last year, if you ask me.

It's my birthday Saturday, so I'm excited as anything! Last year it was around 11 or noon when it started. There was pre-activities going on outside of the stadium on the South end. They had booths, kids activities, moonwalk, etc. The offense outscored the defense last year also. Can't wait to check it out Saturday!!
