(Spoilers) Question About 'Oldboy'

It was a very interesting film with some very clever imagery. My question is about the ending- did O Dae-su remember who Mido was when he got up in the snow? The look on his face is ambiguous.

Totally don't remember it that well. It was a weird and uncomfortable, though really well done movie though. One that sticks with you.
