Spirowraps

There used to be this place in Highland Mall called J. Brenner Steaks that made cheesesteaks and sandwiches. They made this one thing called a spirowrap that consisted of deli sliced ham, turkey, roast beef, provolone, american, lettuce, tomatoes and cream cheese rolled up in a very thin cracker bread. I have not seen anything like this and can't find a recipe anywhere. Does anyone remember these or seen anything similar to this?

Sounds like you already know the recipe...just buy the ingredients and slap 'em together. It seems to be a variation of a tortilla wrap. Pick things you like, roll them up and enjoy.

I have given it some thought but I worry about the cracker bread. I seem to remember there being a trick to softening it up to get it to roll up without breaking. I don't remember if this was done with water or what.
