Speaking of Songs

While TH and the university explore the origin of the Eyes to make sure players aren’t offended, I have a question for Tom and CDC.

Have the rap songs played before the games during warmups been analyzed to make sure they don’t contain any offensive words, phrases? Offensive to fans that aren’t 20 something.

And what is the origin of rap music? Many rap songs contain content indicating violence against police or indicate breaking the law or inappropriate conduct against women. Some rap songs have gang affiliations.
Tom - have you and the players considered how this might make some fans feel?. Would love for the media to ask this question.

Maybe you would say to the fans, come to the games, unless rap music makes you uncomfortable. I hate rap music. But I've sat there listening to it while dropping $500+ to take my family to a Horns game.

Just want you to see everyone's perspective.
