whatever happened to Robert Joseph? The safety out of Port Arthur who got caught in someone's car around 6th St. Is he back in PA? Or somewhere else?
 
Is he still in jail? I thought the RB (Henry?) was caught because of recorded phone callls with Joseph from jail. {Understatement Alert} What a bad apple he was. Every player should get a restraining order against him because he finds trouble.
