Spanish paella in Austin?

I was enjoying the Spanish rice at Enchiladas Y Mas and thinking it would make a good base for paella. But its not a TexMex dish and they don't do it.

Is there a good place for paella in Austin?

I knew of a good one in Houston, Cortez Deli which may or may not still be around.

get there BEFORE 7pm, because the seafood one goes fast and it's best right off the burners. trust me on this one.
