Southern State's People Can't Drive

Washington DC/NOVA as one of the safest is complete bull. Probably the biggest violators in DC are 1) NOVA women who have no idea that letting your crossover/SUV tires run on 10 PSI is not the safest thing in the world...but they're too busy texting to care. 2) Motorcycle gangs that seem so prevelant in the area who think going 120 mph is completely fine because no one in a car has ever been in hurt in a motorcycle vs car accident, and 3) lobbyists and lawyers in their beamers who absolutely must be on their phone to take a call from the Congressman.

There are miles of completely straight roads...1-95 and 1-66, yet somehow regularly there are catasrophic accidents ON A FREAKING STRAIGHT HIGHWAY that leads to hours of delays.

Don't forget the people with Diplomatic plates in D.C. who can plow into you all they want and be immune from the ticket, fine or damage charges.

Dunno about that. I just know New Mexico has random stretches of highway that are unrelated to any small towns' existence and that are no different from the preceding or following stretches of road in terms of number of lanes, lane width, road quality, terrain, etc, that have large signs designating them as "safety corridors" where suddenly you aren't allowed to exceed 55 for a while and then it's back to the normal speed limit again. So is going 55-75 on those roads safe or not? If so, then take out the damn corridors. If not, then the whole road should be 55. But the difference between them is pure ********.
