South America Airlines

Is there a cheap airline in South America like Ryan Air in Europe and Southwest here? I spending 7 nights in BsAs in December and may want to do a short trip to Santiago for a night. If not, maybe Uruguay.

There's not a "Ryan Air", but there's a website that has flight specials. I'll try to track it down.

However, I think that they are weekly specials that pop up rather than good rates you can buy a long time in advance. I'll look into it.
