- Checked the device drivers.
- No hardware conflicts
- Plugged in correctly
- Nothing is muted
- No new software has been installed (that I know of) - also, Ad-aware/Spybot have both recently been run
Mine has recently done the same thing. I spent hours on the phone with Dell support and the only thing they can tell me is that my audio driver is bad. They can't fix it or anything, they can just tell me that's the problem. So, I'm about to throw my sucky *** Dell computer through the window and go buy a new computer. (can you tell I'm a little frustrated?
